Jason Osterberger
Jason is a Louisiana native (and crawfish lover) and received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduating from LSU, Jason relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he started his career as a landscape designer and project manager for a residential design-build firm. In 2004, Jason started his own firm from his living room with a single paycheck and two weeks’ vacation time. Thus, Jason Osterberger Designs was born. Over the past several years, his firm has garnered multiple landscape design awards and has become a leader in the industry. His work has been distinguished on HGTV, in D Magazine, LUXE, and the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association (TNLA). Jason has an incredible eye for design which is amplified by his innate creativity, heart for others, and strength of leadership- giving life and heart to outdoor living spaces.
A Coppell resident, Jason is a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Parish and serves in a number of community-based ministries. Professionally, Jason is active in his local chapter of TNLA and serves as Chair on the organization’s statewide Education Committee. Jason’s favorite, most important titles are husband to his loving wife, Brandy, and father to their children Tanner, Landon, Addison, and Ava.

Designer and Project Manager - Rob Morton
Rob is one of our incredible landscape designers and project managers. Like Jason, Rob graduated from LSU, and can often be found repping purple and gold. Rob married a designer and is the proudest Aggie/soccer dad on the planet. He has years of experience on-site and in the design studio and has been an integral part of the team from the very beginning. Rob has a full understanding of the design process- from conception to completion, and every detail in between. He approaches every encounter with the highest level of attention and care, playing a central role in maintaining the standard of work we have become so reputable for. Rob leads a job site with skill and expertise and knows and loves our crew members so well.
Designer - Jake Beard
Jake spent the summer and winter of 2020 as an intern at JOD. Upon graduating from Mississippi State University, where he received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree, Jake returned to Dallas, Texas, where he began his career as a landscape designer. As a long-time lover of nature and movement, Jake enjoys being connected to the outdoors in his work. Jake continues to provide a fresh perspective and outlook on design, as he approaches every project as an opportunity to push the envelope. This excitement for landscape design has made Jake an incredible asset to our team.
Maintenance Manager and Horticulture Specialist - Niki Yarborough
Niki was born and raised in Vienna, Austria where she holds many fond memories of great adventures hiking, horseback riding, and playing sports. Niki then completed her education in horticulture and floral services at the palace grounds in Vienna, Austria at Schönbrunn Palace and the Belvedere, where she mastered all different aspects of gardening in Europe. Niki eventually landed in Texas, which she has been proud to call home since 1991. Today, Niki enjoys spending time in her own garden in Waxahachie, where she teaches her children and grandkids how to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. Landscaping is a passion for Niki who has successfully built strong relationships and stunning gardens throughout her career. With 35 years of experience in horticulture, Niki is excited to join the Jason Osterberger Designs team and is looking forward to making an impact, beautifying DFW landscapes.
Office Manager - Teresa Whittle
Teresa worked in CISD for 20 years, serving as an administrative assistant (who has, by all means, seen it all). She raised her two sons in Coppell and recently celebrated the birth of her first grandson, Rook. As the office manager, Teresa supports our team and ensures that everyone has what they need to be successful. Every step of the way, Teresa is here to answer your questions, guide you through the process, and make sure we’re all where we need to be. She truly is a Jill of all trades, and we’d be lost without her encouraging, light-hearted presence. Accounting Manager - Perla Valdivia
Perla has a rich background in accounting and client services, with over 13 years of experience. She is a mother to her daughter Mia, son Aydren, and puppy Cam. Perla’s detail-oriented nature has been invaluable to JOD. She is a powerful communicator, listener, and friend to all. Perla is an excellent resource for our clients. Marketing Manager - Jennifer Greever
Jennifer is a wife, mom of three, and proud Aggie (Gig ‘Em!). She taught high school marketing and business courses in Coppell for almost a decade and has an incredible ability to articulate ideas and concepts in a clear, compelling way. As JOD’s voice, Jennifer manages all social media and advertising for the company. Her insights and creative approach to marketing have established JOD as a leader in the digital media marketplace.
