Project Management

We manage your installation to ensure the design intent from conception to completion. You will be well informed as to the development and schedule of your project as we are interactive with our clients during the process.  We work side by side with a team of experts to make certain your landscape installation and your hardscape construction are handled both professionally and in a timely manner.  You will be treated with the same personal care that Jason Osterberger Designs has built its foundation on.

Property Management

Our maintenance is catered to your property and lifestyle needs.  Once your project is complete, let us manage your property to protect your investment and to ensure your continued enjoyment of your outdoor space.  From making your yard ready for a lush spring to protecting it during winter, we offer year-round continual services to prepare your outdoor environment for any given season.  Perhaps you are in need of a spruce up for an upcoming party or out of town guest arrival -- we can fill these and other such specialized landscaping needs on an 'as needed' basis through out the year.
